About The Position

This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations with a strong focus on safety, equipment handling, pallet preparation, and communication with the front office team. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with forklifts, pallet shipment processes, and general warehouse maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certification with proven experience required
• Prior warehouse or shipping/receiving experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Strong communication skills and a reliability-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform basic warehouse maintenance to keep work environment clean, organized and safe
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently, maintain active forklift certification
• Prepare outbound shipments including wrapping pallets, arranging boxes and ensuring proper load stability
• Identify issues with warehouse equipment and coordinate repair services (forklift, repairs, scale calibrations, etc)
• Safely use saws, drills, hammers, ladders, and other hand tools as needed
• Sort and stack pallets with care to minimize product damage during shipping
• Load and unload trucks, lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Communicate clearly with the front office team regarding pallet details, shipment status and BOL information
• Maintain strong attention to detail when labeling pallets accurately and consistently
