About The Position

We’re seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Warehouse Maintenance Manager to help ensure the continued functionality and safety of our warehouse operations. As the Warehouse Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our warehouse facility. This includes managing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and general construction-related issues, as well as troubleshooting and repairing a variety of equipment and systems. The ideal candidate is a skilled problem-solver with a strong technical background and a proactive mindset.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in at least three or more of the following: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Roofing, or General Construction.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Comfortable working with manuals, schematics, and online resources to self-educate and resolve unfamiliar issues.
  • Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges independently.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate and explain technical details clearly.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience maintaining high voltage systems or large commercial buildings.
  • Deep expertise in one or more of the following: Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or General Construction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and oversee routine maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, mechanical (HVAC), roofing, and general construction areas.
  • Troubleshoot and repair various systems and equipment within the warehouse environment, including small appliances and machinery.
  • Manage preventative maintenance schedules to ensure all systems and infrastructure are operating efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, identifying cost-effective and timely solutions.
  • Work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate repairs and improvements.
  • Maintain documentation of repairs, service records, and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Stay up to date on maintenance best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Communicate clearly with warehouse staff and leadership to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
