This is not a management role — this is for someone who likes to stay moving, fix things, and keep operations running without needing to be told what to do every five minutes. If you’re the type of person who can figure things out, take pride in your work, and handle tools and basic vehicle work, this job is for you.
Requirements
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Hands-on, DIY mindset — you know your way around tools
- Basic vehicle maintenance experience
- Organized and can keep track of inventory without things slipping
- Can work without someone standing over your shoulder
- Takes pride in doing the job right the first time
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse experience
- Experience with tools, equipment, or light mechanical work
Responsibilities
- Keep warehouse inventory organized and accounted for
- Track materials and make sure we don’t run out of what we need
- Handle basic vehicle maintenance (tires, batteries, small fixes — no major engine work)
- Help maintain equipment and keep the shop running right
- Set up and reset materials for upcoming jobs
- Keep the warehouse clean, stocked, and ready to go
- Jump in wherever needed — this is a hands-on role
