About The Position

The Machine Operator will be responsible for retrieving inventory from both floor locations and up-stock storage for Product Transfers and deliver to the designated area for stocking or shipment. The Restock Driver is required to operate machinery following all safety rules and regulations. This position is part of our PRIME division, operating under the S&S Activewear parent company. PRIME plays a key role in delivering specialized solutions while aligning with the broader mission and values of S&S Activewear.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to read and speak English
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Ability to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery
Must be comfortable using electronic devices
Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation
Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately
Ability to operate warehouse machinery - Forklift/Cherry Picker Driver Experience
Must be flexible with start and departure time changing
Ability to work overtime when needed
Ability to work independently without close supervision
Responsible for any additional duties assigned

Responsibilities

Operate material handling equipment needed to perform primary role i.e; Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser (Cart), Pallet jack, Scanners, Tablets and Company WMS.
Perform and complete daily safety inspection check list for all equipment used.
Maintain productivity minimum requirements CPH, and work with a sense of urgency
Retrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areas
Operate barcode scanner and use warehouse software
Act professionally and remain focused while working
Safely operate all warehouse equipment
Follow directions of leadership
Perform cleaning activities as required
Maintain a safe and clean warehouse
Maintain a positive attitude
Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
