About The Position

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Machine Operator in Houston, Texas. Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly with an Hourly Pay of $18.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday and Tuesday from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am, and Friday and Saturday from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm. We want the right Warehouse Associate to join us at Ryder and work in the Safest Supply Chain Environment with State of the Art Equipment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse and lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Overlooking and directing line workers to make sure all duties are being performed efficiently and properly
• Ensure lines are set up properly and line workers have the tools needed to perform the designated job
• Alert supervisor or maintenance of any mechanical problems
• Observe/discard inferior product and/or packaging
• Maintain high standards of workstation practices
• Train new operators
• Guide others to complete assigned tasks
• Other duties as required or assigned
