About The Position

About the Role: This position is responsible for overseeing bin location maintenance/upkeep, managing physical inventory controls, accurate and timely order fulfillment, coordinating equipment returns and new stock processing. Additionally, they will maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and perform daily hardware imaging. Shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment are among the daily operations of this role. Receive, process, and document equipment returns and new stock orders. Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in delivery area. Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location order and printing requests. Provides quality service by following organization standards. Preserve safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat and tidy. Completes reports by entering proper information into various systems of record, collaborates with Warehouse Supervisor and assists with annual product lifecycle duties. Processes hardware imaging operations while properly asset tagging, computer naming, and maintaining accurate hardware records. Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes. Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training. Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description. May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert. Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Umpqua corporate culture in all actions and words. Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate. About You: Associates, Vocation or Technical Training in Computer Operations or Operations Management or equivalent work experience, preferred. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required 3+ years of experience within a warehouse or technology related field, required. Experience working in an agile delivery environment Understands the system development lifecycle Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as part of a team Strong problem solving, decision making and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient data entry and record keeping skills Working knowledge of laptop and desktop computers and related technology Familiar with basic troubleshooting in Windows or Network environments. Able to manage priorities and reprioritize when needed, working with minimal supervision and high degree of self-direction and motivation. Proficient written and verbal communications. The pay range for this role is $25.00. The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process. Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required
  • 3+ years of experience within a warehouse or technology related field, required
  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment
