The Role We’re looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor who brings strong people leadership, operational discipline, and a continuous‑improvement mindset to lead daily logistics operations and support business growth. As the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient transportation, and a high‑performing team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• 4 years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
• Experience implementing logistics or inventory control processes
• Proficiency with inventory/logistics systems (ERP/WMS)
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize inventory levels, accuracy, and organization
• Analyze inventory reports and implement controls to reduce loss and damage
• Ensure efficient warehouse layout and product flow
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers
• Verify accuracy and quality of incoming goods
• Oversee safe, efficient loading and unloading operations
• Build and manage shipment schedules to meet customer demands
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align logistics with production and sales
• Optimize routes and transportation strategies for efficiency and cost
• Track logistics KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
• Manage transportation and logistics costs
• Negotiate with carriers and suppliers to secure competitive rates
• Maintain accurate logistics records and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards
