The Warehouse & Logistics Manager oversees all warehouse, service, and delivery operations to ensure accurate receiving, efficient inventory flow, on-time deliveries, and a safe, organized facility. This role leads both the Receiving and Service warehouse functions, as well as the Delivery team, to ensure flawless execution from inbound material handling through outbound deliveries. The position is responsible for driving performance through accuracy, timeliness, and safety metrics, ensuring each department meets operational standards and customer delivery expectations. This leader maintains tight coordination across departments, optimizes workflows, and cultivates a high-performance culture built on accountability and continuous improvement. Success in this role is measured by consistent achievement of operational, quality, and safety performance targets across warehouse, service, and delivery functions. Key indicators include On-Time Leave by 4:30 AM, high First-Pass Yield (FPY) performance in palletizing, loading, and delivery, 100% completion of service parts pulls, and on-time inventory accuracy for stock materials and work in progress (WIP). Success also includes maintaining zero recordable injuries or OSHA violations and ensuring 100% PPE compliance and safety training participation.
