About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Warehouse Logistics Group Leader to lead logistics operations at our site. This role is a key member of the management team and serves as the central coordinator for all logistics activities. Responsible for ensuring cross-functional alignment with logistics, and the performance management of the logistics team. Reduce total logistics costs through process improvements and strategic initiatives Ensure compliance with GKN standards across people, processes, and tools

Requirements

5+ years of experience in logistics leadership, ideally in aerospace or advanced manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in Warehouse Logistics, Operations, or related field
Deep expertise in ERP systems
Strong business acumen and ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Proven track record of driving performance, reducing costs, and leading change
US Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance requirements.

Nice To Haves

Practitioner-level expertise in Forecasting, Transport Management, Warehousing, and Lean/CI
Background in Operations or Program Management
ERP system mastery and experience leading digital transformation initiatives
