Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of applicable experience working in an administrative role OR Associate’s Degree plus a minimum of 6 months of applicable experience working in an IT support role OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid understanding of basic computer operations, strong analytical skills, computer literate (intermediate level- Excel & Word), organizational skills and the ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritize and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Track and process invoices to ensure correct billing for toner, paper, forms and labels.
  • Maintain and create systems and procedures to aid in the control of: Budget Vacation hours Misc records keeping.
  • Track and prepare all departmental telephone bills for payment.
  • Track and maintain maintenance and service agreements.
  • Work with IT vendors for problem/commitment resolution.
  • Maintain schedule for IT conference rooms.
  • Set up and remove users for Office Depot and in line faxes.
  • Set up and update vendor information as needed.
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot travel arrangements for the IT department.
  • Maintain all expense reports for the IT department in Expense Software.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
