About The Position

Darigold is seeking a skilled and motivated Loadout Warehouse Operator to be a part of Darigold’s Spokane Warehouse team. The Loadout Operator must possess the desire and ability to manage warehouse inventory as a Loadout Operator. What You Will Do Shipping/Receiving Inventory Tracking and Reconciliation Organization of Storage Area Maintenance of Sanitation in the Work Area Inspecting, Quality Assurance Transferring of finished goods, packaging, materials, and ingredients Ensuring accurate and timely counts and reporting Other duties as assigned What You Will Bring Must be able to read and follow directions from load sheets, schematics, and product labels; strong numerical ability. Safe operation of stand-up forklift and pallet jack. Safe load/unload of semi-trailers. Accurate and timely receiving and inventory management; use and tracking through scan guns, pallet tags, pick lists, packing slips, BOLs, computer entry into Oracle and Access Lot Tracking database. Self-motivated and able to work independently while performing multiple tasks. Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Experience with forklifts and electric pallet jacks (certification preferred). Ability to meet warehouse performance standards, attendance, and punctuality expectations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic math skills. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work in a cool and refrigerated environment. Previous warehouse experience preferred Physical Requirements Frequently stand and walk throughout entire shift Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 60 pounds; occasionally lift heavier items with assistance or mechanical aids. Use of hands and arms to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanner guns. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and twist to access materials and equipment. Ability to safely maneuver around warehouse aisles and on loading docks.
