About The Position

Behind every order is a team making sure products are built, loaded, and ready to hit the road. At Ferraro Foods, our loaders play a key role in getting orders out accurately and on time so restaurants stay stocked and running. We’re looking for a Warehouse Loader who’s hardworking, dependable, and takes pride in doing the job right.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Ability to lift, push, and pull product throughout your shift (up to 80 lbs)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependability and strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Ability to operate or learn pallet jacks and warehouse equipment

Responsibilities

Build and load outgoing orders onto delivery trucks using load sheets
Move product throughout the warehouse using electric and manual pallet jacks
Load dry, refrigerated, and frozen products accurately and safely
Ensure pallets are properly stacked and shrink-wrapped to maintain load integrity
Assist with staging, unloading, and organizing incoming and returned products
Restock and repack damaged or mis-loaded items
Work closely with the team to keep operations running safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout your shift
