We are currently hiring a Warehouse Sit Down Fork Lift Operators for 2nd shift at our Romeoville, IL distribution center. The pay rate is $19.50/hour. This position facilitates the movement of goods using a Sit-down forklift and RF scanner from the staging area to outbound trailers. Requirements

Efficient at operating a propane sit-down forklift
Working knowledge of RF Scanners / System
Ability to stand, bend, stretch, squat
Ability to lift to 65 pounds
Ability to accurately wrap, stage, and Load shipments within the required time
Ability to meet efficiency requirements by function
Ability to communicate in English

Responsibilities

Daily inspection of Material Handling Equipment
Performs Outbound function adhering to preferred methods
Inspects products for damage before loading to ensure customer satisfaction
Utilizes RF Scanner to move goods from Staging to Outbound Mode of Transportation
Ensures pallet is sturdy and safe to arrive at customer location
Read and understand shipment paperwork
Performs general housekeeping in the warehouse
Performs other duties as assigned
