POSITION SUMMARY The Warehouse Foreman assists in maintaining the companys warehouses, grounds, product inventory, and tool and equipment inventory. In the case of a Warehouse Foreman, helps to manage Warehouse Assistants. This position is non-exempt under the FLSA and reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

Knowledge of inventory, procurement, and warehousing.
Ability to lift or move up to 100 lb. on a regular basis.
Ability to stay upright/stand the majority of the time.
Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level.
Skill in operating a personal computer and programs, and ability to detect/recognize information in written materials or on a screen.
Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
High school diploma or GED preferred and 1+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, and/or inventory management OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
Valid drivers license, safe driving record, and ability to drive for the company.

Responsibilities

Assists with the organization and maintenance of the companys warehouses.
Helps keep a constant eye on product inventory so that the company always has the products it needs for scheduled jobs.
Assists with the Tool Rooms organization and maintenance.
Helps keep a constant eye on tool and equipment inventory so that the company always has the tools and equipment it needs for scheduled jobs.
Keeps the warehouse clean.
Assists with the companys grounds maintenance.
Helps with building maintenance issues.
Helps production crews by coordinating delivery of products and tools to job sites as needed.
Assists with the preparation of the company facilities for on-site events.
