About The Position
As a Warehouse Leader, you will lead assigned areas of Branch warehouse operations including logistics processes, inventory management, security, safety, housekeeping, equipment utilization, business system applications and all other functions designed to meet or exceed branch customer service standards. In this role, you will oversee the activities of employees engaged in loading, unloading, selecting, packing, shipping, receiving, and transportation of merchandise. You will also supervise incoming and outgoing shipment activity, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely customer service to meet service goals. Additionally, you will perform physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse, operate warehouse equipment, maintain the warehouse in an orderly state, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
