About The Position

The Warehouse Leader at Sager Electronics is responsible for overseeing the operations of the assigned area within the new state-of-the-art Distribution Center in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves leading a team, ensuring production levels are met, training new and existing employees, and assisting in shipping operations. The position emphasizes quality focus and self-starter attributes, contributing to the overall success of the warehouse operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills and ability to fill out online documents.
• Ability to read and write English and compute accurate business math.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., reach, stand, and move.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Must be at least 18 and able to pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned area and monitor activities to maintain required levels of production.
• Train new employees and cross-train existing employees.
• Guide, motivate, and advise employees in various phases of their work.
• Assist in the shipping area to negotiate outbound freight and work with delivery drivers.
• Process freight orders and schedule pick-up appointments.
