This position contributes to Shaw Baker’s success ensuring ingredients and finished goods are handled correctly. This includes ensuring inbound ingredients meet food safety requirements and accurately match purchase orders, ingredients are stored properly in correct food safe storage locations, and finished goods are tracked accurately, stored correctly, and shipped timely with the proper paperwork and accuracy. The lead position will oversee warehouse facility, with responsibility for all inbound, outbound, storage and efficient use of labor. Will assist in maintaining a high integrity of the product quality and food safety. Support different strategies to make a safer and faster warehouse with accurate inventory. Notices when a partner is struggling and offers help as appropriate. Actively engage and apply learning experiences. This level contributes to Shaw Baker’s success by ensuring that inbound, outbound, and storage of ingredients and finished goods meet established standards. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each key responsibility satisfactorily.
