Logistics & Work Environment: This full-time position at our Midlands (Columbia) Branch is primarily set in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, including freezers, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions. It regularly requires sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting objects weighing 30 to 50 pounds. It is labor-intensive and demands a fast pace. The hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week. Occasionally, the role requires responding to organizational needs outside of normal working hours. A Day in the Life: The Warehouse Lead is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Manager by coordinating and helping to direct all warehousing activities. The Lead is responsible for following all processes to properly store products using effective warehousing and inventory management principles to ensure the safe handling of all products.
