We are seeking an innovative Warehouse Team Leader to join our crew! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily warehouse activities and help lead the team to success. This position has much potential for growth, and we need a leader with a go-getter attitude to help continue to build upon our vision! This position does require previous supervisor experience such as a shift lead or previous supervisory role!
Requirements
- Previous experience in operations or other related fields
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Must have previous supervisor experience
- Any job offer is contingent on a satisfactory background screen.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day warehouse operations for a staff of 4-6 team members
- Fill in as a Dispatcher as needed
- Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
- Lead a talented team using performance metrics
- Forecast needs and changes based on service metrics and sales trends
- Hands on support for your team
