This position will identify areas of improvement and report daily efficiency. Job Expectations: Receives general employee inquiries; works with management to address, as needed Ensures all employees assigned meet productivity Oversees the proper completion of duties Assists employees with daily activities, as needed Communicates job expectations, processes, procedures, and requirements for new employees Leads the training of new employees Advises employees on the use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock Advises employees on items received, stored, and shipped Maintains the equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion Constantly communicates daily with management on activities Follows all safety rules and recommendations Demonstrates a high level of professionalism including mutual trust and respect to all company employees Must follow all company policies and procedures The duties and responsibilities described above may provide only a partial description of this position. QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of WMS is preferred Basic math skills Strong verbal and written communications skills Work experience in a multi-shift operations a plus Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good work ethics and must be reliable Bilingual – English and Spanish required Equipment Knowledge: Proficient computer skills and data entry Forklift Certified required Experience Requirements: Generally, requires a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Education Requirements: Generally, requires high school diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent Judgment/Reasoning Ability: Able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy. Ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when to escalate issues, as required, in a timely manner.
