The Dixon Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to join our team in Salt Lake City ! You will be responsible for coaching a dedicated team of associates while actively participating in all warehouse functions. Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of verifiable leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
Vendor relations experience
Experience with a Customer facing environment/hands on
Proven reliability, a strong attendance record, and the flexibility to work overtime when needed.
Computer proficiency, with experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills—you can give clear direction and motivate a team.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. during your shift.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

Nice To Haves

A College degree preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!

Responsibilities

Lead & Mentor: Coach, train, and provide daily direction to a team of warehouse associates. You'll monitor team production, ensure tasks are completed correctly, and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
Drive Operations: Actively participate in and coordinate all warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and accurately picking and checking customer orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Champion Safety & Quality: Uphold all safety standards, promote a "safety-first" culture, and ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant.
Solve Problems: Act as the team's first point of contact for questions, troubleshoot order or system issues, and report on team performance to the Warehouse Supervisor.
