About The Position

Working at Nth Degree, we don’t merely manage trade shows, exhibits, and events. Our job is to craft experiences that help build stronger brands—and we relish it. Due to some recent growth, we are looking to add a Warehouse Associate to our KC location. As a Warehouse Associate, you are responsible for supporting warehouse operations through inventory quality control, material handling, and fabrication or repair of exhibit and shipping components. This role plays a critical part in preparing custom tradeshow exhibits and maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. In addition, you may be responsible for administrative support for the team and projects, as assigned. Position will work with production manager and other warehouse team members, as well as internal account teams, and external vendors. You will report directly to the Manager of Production, Tradeshows & Activations. Position does require being on site full time.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or exhibit/tradeshow experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with modular exhibit systems (e.g., beMatrix) is a plus.
  • Basic carpentry, fabrication, or repair skills preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Manage customer expectations and requests; be solutions oriented
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Adapt to constant change, be flexible
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50lbs
  • Ability to stand / be on feet for extended periods of time
  • Reliable attendance and flexible availability.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft SharePoint, Excel and Teams
  • Experience in managing and updating a warehouse database
  • Possess a Missouri Class E driver’s license or higher or be willing to obtain one.
  • Forklift certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality control inspections of inventory to ensure accuracy, condition, and readiness for use.
  • Pull, stage, and prepare stock items (including beMatrix and similar modular display systems) to produce tradeshow exhibits.
  • Assist with mock setups for shows as needed, which could involve construction/assembly of modular booth properties
  • Build, modify, or repair miscellaneous items such as shipping crates, display components, and other inventory-related materials.
  • Maintain a productive, safe, and clean warehouse environment in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Accurately complete and maintain legible inventory records, work orders, and other required documentation.
  • Utilize our Exhibit Force platform for inventory management. Responsible for data accuracy, audits, and reporting functions
  • Use department technology platforms (i.e. SharePoint, Excel, Teams) for department assignments and communications
  • Assist with general warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, organizing, and material movement as needed.
  • Assist team members with packing, shipping, and returns as needed, while adhering to established policies and processes to meet customer requirements
  • Perform other duties assigned to support warehouse and operation’s needs.
  • Contribute to internal projects, as assigned
  • Support miscellaneous administrative tasks as directed by manager
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work weekends and after-hours during the week when required to meet project deadlines.
  • Develop professional working relationships with team, customer base and vendors
  • Support customer requests as assigned
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned.
