As a Warehouse Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer order is picked, packed, and shipped with care and accuracy. You’ll coach and support a team of Associates, model Grove’s CHOIS values, and help build a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace where everyone can do their best work. Requirements

  • 1+ year of leadership or team coordination experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” mindset.
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities or schedules.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
  • Must be able to push/pull carts and reach overhead frequently.
  • Willingness to work near forklifts, large trucks, and machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Train new Associates on Grove’s picking, packing, and quality standards.
  • Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and encouragement to help others grow.
  • Foster teamwork and open communication across shifts and roles.
  • Ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency across all warehouse processes.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and sustainable workspace that reflects Grove’s care for people and planet.
  • Support shift leaders with daily handoffs, reports, and problem-solving.
  • Promote and model safe work practices at all times.
  • Report any incidents, equipment issues, or hazards promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
  • Lead with empathy, integrity, and ownership.
  • Help build a culture where every team member feels valued and included.
  • Take pride in each package sent — every order is a step toward a more sustainable world.
