About The Position

As the Warehouse Lead for RL Logistics, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and team performance within a dynamic warehouse environment. You will lead a team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, safety compliance, and the achievement of key business objectives. This hands-on leadership role is pivotal in supporting logistics, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver best-in class service.

Requirements

  • Logistics Experience: Proven background in logistics or warehouse operations, with 3-5 years of team leadership in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Asset Management: Demonstrated experience managing assets and inventory within a warehouse setting.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to engage and motivate team members and stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Willingness to take a hands-on approach and collaborate effectively within the team.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset for overcoming challenges.
  • Metrics & Planning: Proficiency in developing, tracking, and reporting on operational metrics and planning for continuous improvement.

  • Experience with carnet documentation and international shipping
  • Prior exposure to inventory audits and cycle counts
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including goods receipt, processing, inventory control, order fulfillment, picking, imaging, dispatch, and returns.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and service across all operational areas.
  • Monitor and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) and business targets as outlined in RL Logistics Business Plans.
  • Lead, coordinate, and delegate tasks, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Support talent attraction, acquisition, retention, and development to build a high-performing, capable team.
  • Cultivate a positive, collaborative. working environment, promoting a strong team ethos.
  • Actively participate in daily warehouse activities, setting the standard for performance and work ethic.
  • Encourage and implement best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team and wider EOS organization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency for customers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare, gather, and present operational reports and documentation to key stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Identify, champion, and implement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Drive process improvements and adopt innovative solutions to support rapid prototyping and logistics needs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
  • Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
