Job Summary: Required functional experience includes operations, planning, knowledge of shipping, receiving, put away, flow patterns, and people leadership to ensure accurate, reliable, and on time deliverables. Ability to collect data, evaluate results and make recommendations to management based on those.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years’ warehouse/distribution center management
- Development and management of SOP’s
- Hands-on experience with ERP’s, RF warehousing, material handling equipment
- Strong computer proficiency to include spreadsheets, inventory systems and UPS tracking
- Knowledge of freight regulations and safety management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to develop reports and analyze information
- Strong communication and customer relations skills
- Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
