What You’ll Do: As a Warehouse Lead, you’ll oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team committed to excellence. Requirements

  • Speak and understand the English language sufficient to read materials, communicate with customers and coworkers.
  • Able to maintain the physical requirements of the working environment.
  • Perform simple mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to safely operate a variety of material handling equipment such as forklift, compactor and baler. Able to train others to use that equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years working in a warehouse/production environment.
  • Two years of responsible supervisory experience working in an operational or light industrial setting or related field.
  • Able to be forklift certified.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years’ recent experience in a Goodwill production system, or equivalent organization highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the As Is, ensuring tote and table turn goals are met daily and recycle is being processed correctly.
  • Promote the Good Rewards Program to encourage donor and customer engagement within the team.
  • Supervise donation operations, including the processing, and distribution of donated goods.
  • Perform various production tasks, including forklift operation, material handling, and maintaining department equipment and inventories.
  • Ensure completion of PLE, and warehouse safety inspections.
  • Safeguard company property, including donated goods, and report any incidents of theft, fraud, waste, or unauthorized possession.
