About The Position

AirLife is searching for a 2nd shift Warehouse Lead for our temperature-controlled warehouse in Litchfield Park, AZ! Our shift is from 3:30PM-12:00AM. POSITION SUMMARY Reporting directly to the 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor, the team leaders are responsible for overseeing their individual departments, working with other team leaders and areas of the warehouse.

2 years warehouse experience
2 years inventory control
1-year leadership role
High School degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

Maintain the Warehouse and Distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed.
Monitoring and training individuals within your area.
Ensuring orders such as stocking and receiving are done and completed in a timely manner.
