The Warehouse Lead assists management in coordinating the warehouse activities of the distribution center. A Lead's primary function is to assist the supervisory staff of the branch, providing leadership and supervision to associates in their area of responsibility as well as all associates. This role assists in enabling the distribution center to fulfill its goals and the overall company mission, maintaining company policies while communicating company goals and expectations. The primary responsibility is to oversee production in their assigned area, administer the training program of all new associates, and to monitor and provide direction in their assigned area. The Lead reports to the manager or supervisor in charge of their area and assumes any additional responsibility assigned.
