About The Position

Lonestar Electric Supply and its subsidiaries are seeking a Warehouse Lead to guide a team in various tasks including order fulfillment, packaging, stocking, loading, unloading, and maintaining the general organization and safety of the warehouse. The ideal candidate should be dependable, prompt, reliable, engaged, and committed to achieving results.

Requirements

3 to 5 years’ experience in a warehouse setting working in various capacities.
Ability to operate many types of material handling equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts as needed.
Strong reading and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Epicor Solar Eclipse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive, verify, and stock various products utilized in the electrical industry.
Review orders, pull requested items from shelves, examine for accuracy, and wrap for transport.
Provide loading and unloading support and oversight as needed.
Update databases timely and provide accurate inventory counts as requested.
Follow processes and procedures as instructed by your supervisor as well as suggesting enhancements as you see opportunities to improve efficiency.
Help maintain a clean and organized working environment.
Follow established safety guidelines and proper protocols.
Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external partners, customers, logistics professionals, vendors as well as vendor partners and employees.
Proactive communication to management regarding issues and concerns.
Other duties as assigned by leadership.
