Whether you’re in oil & gas, power generation, or industrial operations, we provide fuel-flexible, overbuilt systems that perform when it matters most. ‍ Position Overview: The Warehouse Lead is a hands‑on, on‑site role responsible for executing and continuously improving daily warehouse operations in support of business activities. This individual contributor role will oversee material receipt, inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and logistics coordination, while helping establish a strong foundation for future warehouse growth. The Warehouse Lead will partner closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality (QHSE) to ensure materials are received, inspected, stored, issued, and shipped accurately, on time, and in compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional training or education in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or industrial operations desired
  • Minimum of five (5) or more years of hands‑on warehouse experience supporting industrial, energy, oil & gas, power generation, or heavy equipment operations, or a similar industry
  • Proven experience managing material receipt, storage, inventory accuracy, and outbound logistics to support job or production schedules
  • Experience operating forklifts and material‑handling equipment in compliance with safety requirements; valid certification or ability to obtain certification required
  • Hands‑on experience using ERP or inventory management systems to execute inventory transactions, maintain accuracy, and support audits (Oracle or similar systems preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow in a production environment
  • Familiarity with industrial materials and components, including mechanical parts, fabricated items, or vendor‑processed equipment
  • Exposure to quality and inspection processes common in industrial environments, including documentation review, inbound verification, and coordination with Quality or HSE teams
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment, partnering with internal teams to meet operational priorities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast‑growing, start‑up style environment where responsibilities evolve
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds periodically; heavier items are handled using forklifts or team lifts
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment following training and certification
  • Ability to work on‑site in a warehouse and shop‑floor production environment

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound materials, verify quantities against purchase orders, and confirm required documentation
  • Unpack, stage, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Issue materials to production jobs and coordinate outbound shipments in support of manufacturing schedules
  • Maintain organized, clean warehouse conditions and efficient use of floor and racking space
  • Support warehouse expansion and relocation activities as the facility grows
  • Execute inventory transactions in Oracle, including receipts, put‑away, issues, transfers, and adjustments
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Identify inventory discrepancies, consumption trends, and risks; communicate findings to leadership
  • Transition warehouse processes from manual tracking to system‑based execution as ERP modules are implemented
  • Perform initial verification of inbound materials and coordinate inspections with QHSE for engineered or high ‑tolerance components
  • Ensure materials meet quality and documentation requirements before release to production or shipment to vendors
  • Support stage‑gate inspection processes for both inbound and outbound materials
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including hot-shot deliveries and local transportation
  • Manage shipments to third‑party processing vendors (e.g., painting, coating, fabrication) and receive processed parts back into inventory
  • Communicate shipment priorities, delivery timelines, and material readiness with internal stakeholders
  • Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment in compliance with safety requirements
  • Complete required safety and forklift certification training
  • Maintain a safe warehouse environment and escalate safety concerns as needed
  • Partner cross‑functionally with internal teams to align material readiness, priorities, and execution, while providing day-to-day leadership, coordination, and guidance to ensure smooth warehouse workflow and issue resolution
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity
