About The Position

PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL) Staffing Company that works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation. We are contracted to staff and manage the following positions: Loading and Unloading, Equipment Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility Sanitation. Oversee 2-6 associates at a cold storage warehouse, restacking pallets of chicken to include a slat between each layer or to take slat out of each layer. Main Objective: Assist + Monitor work / Document work completed Schedule: 4:00pm - 12:00am Monday - Saturday Production Pay + flat fee for Daily Admin. Tasks

Requirements

• Able to lift 50lbs consistently
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in a business environment
• Reliable Transportation

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members restacking pallets of chicken
• Monitor productivity and adherence to safety protocols
• Assist in Training New Hires
• Document Work Completed during Shift
• Help Unload Containers
