Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of verifiable leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven reliability, a strong attendance record, and the flexibility to work overtime when needed.
Computer proficiency, with experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills-you can give clear direction and motivate a team.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. during your shift.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment, which may be subject to moderate noise levels and varying temperatures.

Nice To Haves

A Bachelor's degree preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
Forklift certification is a plus!

Responsibilities

Lead & Mentor: Coach, train, and provide daily direction to a team of warehouse associates. You'll monitor team production, ensure tasks are completed correctly, and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
Drive Operations: Actively participate in and coordinate all warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and accurately picking and checking customer orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Champion Safety & Quality: Uphold all safety standards, promote a "safety-first" culture, and ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant.
Solve Problems: Act as the team's first point of contact for questions, troubleshoot order or system issues, and report on team performance to the Warehouse Supervisor.
