We are looking for a self-motivated, professional, and organized individual who enjoys detailed work and a fast-paced environment. Warehouse Lead · Responsible for the distribution team, warehouse operations, and shipping activities to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy. · Train and advise staff on proper handling, storage, and shipment of items, ensuring compliance with distribution processes, health, safety and environmental regulations. · Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to promote professional growth and cross-training for team flexibility. · Ensure forklift operators complete required inspections (e.g., preloading, pre-shift safety, etc.) and maintain accurate records. Submit records to supervisor/manager when requested. · Flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed, depending on the workload, to maintain seamless warehouse functionality without compromising quality or safety. · Responsible for managing accurate FIFO inventory with RF systems and ensure timely, accurate picking, checking, and packing of orders. · Communicate regularly with staff regarding priorities, targets, and operational needs. Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety compliance. · Delegate daily housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse; report updates and concerns to supervisor/manager. · Conducts daily safety meetings and follow-up sessions with the team to ensure proper distribution of work between the first and second shifts. · Adhere to policies and standards and communicate with supervisor/manager to suggest process improvements. · Prepare and stage shipments, generate Bill of Ladings, and accurately record inventory in DSI by sorting, counting, labeling, and packaging. · Supervise and coordinate loading and unloading of shipments, verifying counts against paperwork; receiving and inspect incoming materials, reconciling packing slips with purchase orders and documenting any damages or discrepancies; notify supervisors or purchasing personnel and process return shipments as needed; maintain accurate shipping and receiving records through database updates and proper filing. · Operate warehouse equipment including dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts, and shrink wrap machines. · Ensures bottles are prepared daily for filling line production and that the blow molding department is supplied with necessary materials, both in accordance with the production schedule. · Verify shipment accuracy against sales orders for quantities, destinations, and routing. Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse leadership role.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Capable of making decisions and thinks critically, whether escalating items to the supervisor/manager, or handling decisions independently.
  • Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
