About The Position

We are seeking and experienced warehouse person to add to our team at the Culinary Center in Plymouth! Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock. The Warehouse Associate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be physically fit, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Basic computer skills for inventory management.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive and unload incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
Inspect goods for defects or damages and report discrepancies to supervisor.
Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
Efficiently pick orders according to customer requirements.
Pack and label orders for shipping.
Ensure all outgoing shipments are accurate and well-packaged.
Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items to management.
Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety standards.
Prepare shipping documents and labels.
Coordinate with carriers for timely and cost-effective shipments.
Load and unload trucks as needed.
