This Warehouse Lead Trainer position is part of the Learning Development and Delivery function at Cardinal Health. This function is responsible for developing, deploying, and evaluating learning solutions to support employee development and build organizational capability in alignment with business strategies. It analyzes learning needs, develops training curricula, technologies, and programs, and manages third-party trainings. The Lead Trainer will provide instructor-led trainings, manage training processes, and deliver training materials including presentations, guides, and manuals, coordinating schedules based on training needs. Cardinal Health is a global distributor of pharmaceuticals, medical and laboratory products, and a provider of performance and data solutions for healthcare facilities, linking the clinical and operational sides of healthcare.
