About The Position

The role is focused on supervising all warehouse activities at Corning Keller, setting daily priorities, and leading associates. It involves identifying and executing process improvement opportunities while participating in cross-functional teams to enhance performance in inventory control, warehouse management, supply chain operations, and customer service.

Requirements

• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task; effectively prioritize and manage projects, as well as day-to-day responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact across functions and at all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, throughout all levels of the organization.
• Degree in supply chain or APICS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse associate activities, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure warehouse meets targeted receiving cycle times and shipping load dates.
• Set and manage expectations with customer service, product line management, and planning.
• Accountability for inventory accuracy and visibility.
• Drive continuous improvements utilizing lean and six sigma supply chain tools (value stream mapping, Kaizen, DMAIC, etc.).
• Directly responsible for performing work in a safe manner and maintaining a safe work environment.
