The position leads warehouse operations that result in safe, quality, and efficient service of internal and external customers, enabling team success through support, coaching, recognition, and accountability. The role involves understanding emergency procedures, maintaining GMP/SQF audit ready status, coordinating receiving, line supply, material storage, and shipping activities, and documenting and communicating issues. The incumbent will also be responsible for identifying, capturing, analyzing, and reporting critical performance measures, ensuring effective communication within and between shifts/teams, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
