Warehouse Lead Cleaner
About The Position
The Warehouse Lead Cleaner is a reliable and experienced individual responsible for ensuring all facility operations adhere to company policies and procedures. This role involves coordinating daily operations by delegating job assignments and offering guidance to team members. The Lead provides supervision at the assigned location when the Manager is absent. As a Shift Leader, they are tasked with upholding established standards to maintain clean and safe buildings and facilities for all workers and customers. Key duties include operating specialized cleaning equipment, safely handling cleaning chemicals, and assisting with general janitorial tasks as needed.
