Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work within the United States
Must have at least 1 year of forklift experience.
Knowledge of building material products and warehouse operations preferred
Must have reliable transportation and be available to work regular scheduled hours
Must also be available to work periodic overtime and weekend hours
Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing 70lbs and stand for long periods of time
Able to follow instructions and to work with a minimum of direct supervision

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of building material products and warehouse operations preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship pallet)
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Complete logs into inventory
Report discrepancies
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and other warehouse personnel
Safely operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
Safely load products and wear required personal protective equipment
Ensure accountability for personal safety and the safety of others by addressing any unsafe practices observed
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Be highly attentive and adaptive to warehouse routines
Commit to quality, efficiency, and continuous process improvement
