We strive each day to better serve our customers and employees. Position Overview: Seeking a qualified driver and warehouse worker for our Union, MO location. This position requires the driver to travel to various locations, in and out of state, hauling material. Overnight stay may be required in various locations. Hours vary based on route. When not in route, candidate will be preforming warehouse duties and lawn care. Position requires candidate to operate forklift, telehandler and scissor lift. Candidate will be required to complete the following: Background screening, Motor Vehicle Report, DOT physical and meet the requirements of E-Verify. Position Expectations: Shows up on time and ready to complete work. Follows directions of manager / lead / superintendent and clarifies responsibilities if needed. Respects self, co-workers, managers, company, other contractors, and clients. Takes care of company owned or rented equipment returning in like manor. Adaptable in methods used to complete task. Willing to go the extra mile for the team. Motivated to learn new skills and trades. Communicate effectively both written and verbal. Load/Unload material from trucks Drive GVW under 24000 lbs , including up to 26ft box trucks Mandatory to follow all DOT regulations. Able to perform physically demanding work

Requirements

Basic math skills
Knowledge of basic tools and their applications
Ability to follow all safe work procedures
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Ability to work at above ground elevations while wearing a harness and other protective equipment

Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours a day, including prolonged standing and walking, bending, and twisting.
Ability to complete tasks such as loading, un-loading, cleaning, shoveling, and painting.
Ability to safely perform duties related to confined space work.
