About The Position

NEW TODAY! DAY SHIFT FORKLIFT/GENERAL LABOR ASSOCIATE! Key Responsibilities: Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move lumber and building materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand. Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts to efficiently transport and stack lumber and materials in designated locations, ensuring safe and proper handling at all times. Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for customers or delivery, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations; properly stack and store materials to prevent damage. Safety Compliance: Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards, particularly when operating forklifts or other heavy equipment.

Requirements

Experience in a warehouse, lumberyard, or similar environment preferred
Forklift experience required
Strong physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to [50/75 pounds] regularly
Basic math and measurement skills for handling materials
Good communication and teamwork skills
