About The Position

The Saw Shop Operator is responsible for setting up and operating power saws to slot, cut, and trim wooden pallets. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Candidates with experience in warehouse operations, carpentry, and construction are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse, lumber, carpentry, roofing, landscaping, logistics, or construction
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds repetitively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work in extreme conditions

Responsibilities

• Operate power saws to cut & trim wood pallets
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and regulations
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
