Were seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Job Coach to support our clients at the Walmart Distribution Center in Apple Valley. As a Job Coach, you'll work directly with a small group of clients (typically 34 individuals) in a warehouse setting. Youll be right there beside them, providing hands-on guidance, encouragement, and support as they complete daily tasks and build independence in the workplace. Requirements

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and workflow
  • Someone who enjoys hands-on, active warehouse work
  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others
  • Must be 21 years or older, with a high school diploma or GED
  • Valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in warehouse or production environments preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Working on-site at the Walmart Distribution Center in Apple Valley
  • Supporting clients with box processing tasks , including inspecting and sorting boxes
  • Determining whether boxes are reusable or should be discarded
  • Assisting clients in maintaining accuracy and consistency in sorting
  • Providing hands-on coaching while encouraging independence and confidence
  • Monitoring productivity to ensure daily goals are met
  • Offering one-on-one support based on each clients needs and strengths
  • Documenting progress and maintaining communication with supervisors and case managers
  • Creating a positive, structured, and inclusive work environment
