About The Position

The Warehouse Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse facility. This role requires significant physical activity, including extensive walking, bending, and lifting heavy objects, to ensure a clean and organized environment that supports efficient operations. Location: 22800 E 19th Ave, Aurora, CO 80019 Shift: Monday - Friday 1st Shift 6:00AM - 2:30PM $18 2nd Shift 2:00PM - 10:30PM $18.50 3rd Shift 10:00PM - 6:30AM $19.00 Payrate: $18 - $19.00 Hourly The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements during shift.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, stair climbing and reaching.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more) regularly.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning of warehouse floors, aisles, and workstations using industrial cleaning equipment.
  • Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables, and debris from designated areas.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
  • Operate floor scrubbers, sweepers, and other cleaning machinery as needed.
  • Move and lift heavy materials, supplies, and equipment (up to 50 lbs or more) safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address cleanliness or safety hazards.
  • Assist with spill clean-up and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
