About The Position

Duties/Responsibilities: Keep warehouse floor clean, using both manual and electric-powered equipment. Service, clean, or supply restrooms. Collect garbage and dispose of properly. Maintain cleanliness of break room. Maintains a neat and orderly janitors’ room; ensures cleaning supplies are stocked. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions. Detail-oriented and thorough. Ability to interact with staff and visitors at warehouse while remaining professional, polite, and courteous. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must pass a background check. Physical Requirements: Must be able to wear appropriate safety PPE. Prolong periods of standing. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time Potential Hazards: Slips. Trips, Falls, Chemical exposure, noise exposure, cuts or scraps, strain from lifting.
