Job Title Warehouse Inventory Supervisor - 3rd Shift What does a successful Warehouse Supervisor do? As a Warehouse Supervisor at Fiserv, you will manage a team in our p roduction facility warehouse . You will collaborate closely with customers and suppliers and delegate work to associates to achieve the appropriate level of volume within the time limits . You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure all established safety guidelines are followed by the warehouse team and help to lead all shipping, receiving, and packing room activities performed in the warehouse.

  • Manag e operational activities by reviewing, prioritizing, and assigning all outgoing orders
  • Ensur e maximum processing to meet legal and contractual obligations
  • Develop, refin e , and implement policies and procedures to optimize personnel and equipment resources
  • Lead team performance to meet or exceed company goals and objectives by providing on-going development of direct reports through timely coaching and counseling, positive reinforcement, and honest, direct feedback
  • Understand product accountability, including monitoring external defects, incident reports, adhering to client service level agreements, monitoring liability issues and escalation to management when appropriate
  • Provid e coaching and mentoring for team, driving for operational results
  • Foster positive relationships with the team and internal departments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in operations/production environment
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • 1 year of production/warehouse experience in High-Speed Operation or similar
  • A team player that works well with others but can also work independently
  • Use of basic math skills
