Working as a Warehouse Inventory Specialist, you can expect the following: No day will be exactly like the other. You will need to be flexible and open to new challenges. You will be responsible for managing the purchase order volume, completing all necessary paperwork, receiving product into correct locations, putting product away, communicating with multiple departments, and supporting the pick/pack/ship team as well. You will also develop and maintain business relationships with your (really awesome) coworkers within Prisma. You will provide input on forming Prisma Warehouse best practices (we LOVE some good collaboration!) You will help us build a stronger company. Every day. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Cycle Counting Experience
  • 7+ years of experience with powered equipment such as reach truck and order picker
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to successfully execute initiatives with minimal guidance and accomplish stated goals.
  • Strong math skills and organizational skills preferred.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to build relationships at various levels.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • You operate with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Understanding that Teamwork makes the Dream Work!
  • You are comfortable with change and can easily adapt.
  • You will not leave your personality at home.
