Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of ladders, scaffolding, truck equipment, and specialty items. With over 65 years of experience, they are committed to providing the highest quality products and services in the industry. Our rental division offers a comprehensive range of products along with erection and dismantling services. Our engineering department offers technical support across all branches to assist with special applications. This is a full-time on-site role located in Capitol Heights, MD, for a Warehouse & Inventory Manager. The Warehouse & Inventory Manager will oversee daily operations of the warehouse, manage inventory levels, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, and ensure the efficient and safe storage of goods. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, performing regular audits, and implementing operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow.
Requirements
- Experience in Warehouse Management and Inventory Control
- Skills in Shipping, Receiving, and Logistics Coordination
- Proficient in using inventory management software and warehouse management systems
- Strong Leadership and Supervisory Skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in the Scaffold industry is a plus
