Responsibilities

• Forecasting sales data
• Scheduling pick-ups and deliveries
• Ordering supplies from vendors
• Creating schedule for production team
• Managing inventory at our fulfillment warehouse
• Tracking and ensuring traceability of products
• Inventorying products and production supplies
• Managing and overseeing the entire inventory management process, including stock levels, order fulfillment, and product distribution
• Analyzing inventory data to forecast demand and optimize stock levels using MRP techniques
• Utilizing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory movements and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to manage contracts related to inventory procurement
• Implementing data visualization tools to present inventory metrics and trends for better decision-making
• Conducting regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborating with logistics teams to streamline warehouse operations and improve efficiency
• Operating forklifts as necessary for the movement of goods within the warehouse environment
