About The Position

Safely performs receiving, stock keeping, inventory cycle counting, picking and preparing parts and equipment for shipping or for deliveries. The warehouse runs first shift only; some overtime is to be expected for this role.

Requirements

Musthaveahighschooldiplomaorgeneraleducationdegree(GED).
Generalknowledgeofwarehouseandinventorycontrolsystems.
Experiencewithcyclecountactivities,forkliftoperation,shipping,andreceiving.
Punctualwithastrong attendance history.
Safe Driving skills
Experience driving and reversing a flatbed truck with a trailer attached.
Mustbeabletomeetcompany’semploymentrequirements,which includespassingaADOTphysical ®ulateddrug screen,criminal background check, and MVR

Responsibilities

Preparescustomerordersbyprocessingreceipts,picking,packing,andshippingparts.
Ensuresallcustomerordersmeetqualitystandards,correctpart,correctquantity,shippedto correct address, on time, every time.
Shipspartsthroughparcelcarriers(UPS)aswellasLessthanaTruckLoad(LTL)andDedicatedtrucks.
Loadsand safely tiesdown parts and equipment onto trailers or truck beds fordeliveries;alsounloadstrailers,and truck beds.
Safelyoperatesmobileequipmentsuch asSitDownForkTruck,StandupReachTruck,Orderpicker.
Participatesinsemiannual (twice a year)physicalinventory,performdailycyclecountingactivities.
Keepsthe exterior and interior of warehouses and administration buildings clean, free of debris and organized.
Followallsafetyprocedurespercompanypolicy,identifiesandresolvesanyunsafepracticesto ensure all employeesoperatein a safe environment.
